Job Description
Applications are invited for initial recruitment in the Balochistan District Judiciary for Judicial Magistrate-cum-Civil Judge (BPS-18) under the Balochistan Judicial Officers Service Rules, 2021. Both male and female candidates are eligible. Only candidates holding a local/domicile certificate of Balochistan Province and meeting every condition below may apply. Appointment is subject to strict scrutiny, verification of credentials, merit, suitability and all applicable service rules of the High Court of Balochistan.
Strict eligibility: age must be between 23 and 35 years, dealt with in accordance with Rule 13 of the Balochistan Judicial Officers Service Rules, 2021. Candidate must be a Law Graduate from an HEC-recognized university or a Barrister of England and Ireland, and must have either two years' experience as an Advocate/Lawyer OR, if a Law Officer holding a regular BPS-17-or-above post, two years' service to his/her credit. Law Officer means a person serving regularly and full-time as Assistant, Deputy or District Attorney, Prosecutor, in a department authorized to conduct full-time prosecution for the Government, or as an employee of the Superior Court.

* Attested and verified Balochistan local/domicile certificate; attested CNIC;
* Fresh passport-size photograph;
* Valid Lower Court License;
* Valid High Court License (if any);
* Fresh experience certificate from the concerned Bar Council OR a fresh service certificate/NOC duly issued from Head of the Department concerned alongwith his/her previous appointment Order(s) Notification(s) (in case of in-service candidate), as the case may be.
